2013’s been a good year for our very own Glitterotica, Captain of the Hellcats. She led the Hellcats to the semi-finals, scored her personal best jamming, was in the Nokia Lumia commercial with her Hellcats, and to top it all off was just voted Best New Business by the readers of the Austin Chronicle! Best of Austin Shopping Click Here! Her primarily-roller-derby skate shop, Medusa Skates, has been in business for just over a year but has captured the hearts of all Austin’s and Central Texas’ rollergirls and boys. She’s dedicated to customer service and will get you exactly what you need. Don’t let her ferociousness on the track fool you – she’s a sweetheart and we love her!

And also in the Chronicle “Best of Austin” Issue we caught a glimpse of TXRD veteran Miss Conduct in the picture for the Critic’s Pick for Art & Culture – Best Roving Street Festival: HONK!TX. Catch her around town as she plays with the Minor Mishap Marching Band.
