Texas Roller Derby is hosting a Field Day this Saturday, September 24th, at Emma Long Park!

Join your favorite rollergirls of as we come together for an old-fashioned field day full of fun and games! Get your nostalgia on with classic games like sack races and relays, along with water balloon dodgeball, board games, and more! Wanna get back at that one skater who’s constantly kicking your ass at minor penalty face-offs? What better way than with a well-aimed water balloon to the face?

Our New Girls will be supervising games for the kiddos, so bring the whole family to compete together! We’ll also be grilling up enough food to satisfy meat eaters and vegetarians alike, with beer on hand for the grown-ups. Worried about melting in the untimely September heat? We’ll be right on the shores of Lake Austin, so jump on in and cool off!

We’ll be meeting from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., so come out with your tube socks on!
