Broken ribs (on two separate occasions), a dislocated knee cap, jacked up back and a broken leg (tibia and fibia). Okay, okay, it was when I was 15, but I broke it skating!
Derby Hero
Tara Armov of the Los Angeles Derby Dolls who taught me to keep skating, to never give up and about the amazing world of banked track derby. When Tara yells, she yells with love.
Why I Skate
Because there is nothing like being surrounded by women who let you beat up on them and still love you, support you, laugh with you, and never judge you no matter what you say, wear, or how long it's been since you washed your gear.
