Shipping Information
We strive to keep all items offered on our site in stock for immediate shipment. However, on occasion we may be out of stock of a particular item or size. In this case we will notify you promptly. NOTE: We only ship to US addresses at this time. Please look for international shipping in the near future.
Merchandise Returns
If you are not satisfied with the quality or size of your shirts. You must request a return authorization from our customer service department at [merch@txrd.com]. We can not accept any returns which have not received return authorization. We will not accept returns after 30 days. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship or credit. Shipping charges are not refundable. We will gladly exchange your product for an identical or similar product. Note: we do not accept returns on washed or worn shirts. All sales are final on Custom or special order products.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contact our customer service department at [merch@txrd.com]. We will make every effort to promptly ship you a replacement item.
Order Cancellation
Once your order is placed, we begin preparing your merchandise immediately. After we authorize your transaction, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to your order. |
