Thank you Central Texas Harley for letting us crash your party last weekend–it was a blast! A bunch of us Lonestar Rollergirls headed up to Round Rock for some Harley goodness. They were crazy enough to let the Mouth of the South aka Mighty Aphrodite MC the event, so you know it was loud. I tell you what, those Harley guys can turn ANYTHING into a dirty joke. Needless to say we got along well. Some other awesome highlights were:

-Knottie Knoxville taking away Mighty’s arm wrestling championship title.
-Kids taking the arm wrestling table over and getting SERIOUS about it.
-Climbing the rock wall with skates on. Rock climbers should consider putting toe stops on their shoes!
-Having to leave early on Friday because of a tornado threat

And last but NOT least…
-Learning why Might Aphrodite is also known as the Patty Hearst of Williamson County. (GOOD story, I’ll hopefully get clearance to tell this story on the blog!)

Ah yes, it’s that time again. Time to descend onto Austin and revel in the mantra of “What happens at SXSW, stays at…wait what was your name again and who’s clothes am I wearing?” Umm, wait a minute.

Anyhow, I wanted to personally invite you to our second annual Sinister Muse Records ‘BIGGEST LITTLE PARTY IN AUSTIN 2008′ in Austin, TX on Friday, March 14th from 8pm until Midnight. The party everyone will be talking about (again) is being held at Headhunter’s Tiki Bar at 720 Red River St (7th & Red River), right in the heart of all the SXSW action.  This year we are proud to again be co-sponsored by the TXRD Lonestar Rollergirls, as well as the Internet’s largest punk rock radio station PunkRadioCast.com, and hot-shot artist development and management firm CRIMSON Music Group.

We’re very excited about hosting this party again and having the opportunity to showcase such great up-and-coming artists as Flatfoot 56 (CRIMSON Music Group), The Frantic (Sinister Muse), Dead Town Revival (Sinister Muse), and our new Canadian friends The Saint Alvia Cartel (Stomp Records). So, get ready for an awesome punk rock show and get there early because space is extremely limited this year. “Why?,” you may ask. Because we’ve got great bands playing, the party is free, and you don’t need a SXSW badge to get in. That’s why!

We’re very eager to see you all again.  Let me just say that the early response to this party has been nothing short of AMAZING!  That said, get there early, find a spot and plan to stay for all the festivities and live music. I personally guarantee that this party will again live up to its name and be “The Biggest Little Party in Austin 2008!”

       * The badass TXRD Lonestar Rollergirls are coming in full force. So bring your sharpies and cameras and come meet your favorite rollergirl…if you dare.

       * 21+ only. Not by choice, believe me.
